Downsizing meals
Initially, I don't take breakfast, just have a good lunch and dinner. ---- 80.8kg
I decided to trim my weight down from now onwards:
THE MASTER PLAN:
no breakfast as usual, gd lunch, Light dinner with fruits mainly!
Today's weight---80.7kg
(YEAH 0.1kg less)
Hope to reach target of 75kg first,
