Busy with work

Recently, I have been burying myself with all the work coming from my two projects... so far so good as we managed to meet some deadlines for the 1st stage submission...
Now comes the BIG problem and yes... I can see that even my manager got it all wrong... and only a few know of the misunderstood information...

Besides the load of problems, One of my friend from NTU joined into my department.
He is quite a good guy, as in his personality. And I hope he could take this opportunity to learn as much as he can. I feel that he could do it, but hopes that he don't lose faith in himself first.
I've been a very demanding mentor, which I must admit. However, it is a matter of suffering now or later. I hope he would understand.

Recalling in the past when most of my friends gave this comment to me... " You have eyes that seems to see so far ahead"...
Really at that time, I wasn't thinking of anything than staring blankly. Maybe I did, but that wasn't like planning some future moves for me. Now I'm really in need of such insight to be able to see and plan far...
In fact, I did, and I use this as a self motivation for me... it is a long term goal.
